📋 By creating an account or using SpeedyCars.us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in their entirety.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SpeedyCars.us (the "Service"), operated by Zentara Business LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States ("we," "us," or "the Company"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
SpeedyCars.us is an online marketplace connecting private sellers and dealers for the purchase and sale of vehicles and auto parts. Registration is free and open to any individual who is at least 18 years old, or to a business entity authorized to enter into binding contracts. Access to certain features (posting listings, messaging) requires creating a user account. We act solely as a venue connecting buyers and sellers. We are not a party to, and assume no responsibility for, any transaction between users.
Auto parts listings are free to publish, renewable with no fixed limit. Vehicle listings by private sellers are subject to the following fees: $5 per listing (30 days). Dealers and businesses may subscribe to a monthly plan ($29/month) for unlimited listings, featured placement, and a Pro badge. Optional listing boosts are available for additional visibility ($2–$10 depending on the boost type and duration). All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
By using the Service, you agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information • Only post listings that comply with applicable federal, state, and local law • Not post content that is unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, or infringing on the rights of others • Accurately disclose the condition, mileage, title status, and any known defects of any vehicle listed for sale, as required under applicable state and federal law (including FTC Used Car Rule disclosures where applicable) • Not use the Service to circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features Any listing that violates these Terms may be removed without notice, and repeated or serious violations may result in account suspension or termination.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not verify the accuracy of listings, the identity of users, or the condition, safety, or legality of any vehicle or part offered through the Service. Buyers are solely responsible for inspecting any vehicle or part and verifying title, condition, and compliance with state DMV requirements prior to purchase.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZENTARA GROUP LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY TRANSACTION BETWEEN USERS, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Payments for paid listings, boosts, and dealer subscriptions are processed securely through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. SpeedyCars.us does not directly store or process your full payment card information. Applicable sales tax is calculated and collected where required based on your billing location.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, without prior notice or liability, including in cases of fraud, unlawful content, or abusive behavior. You may close your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@speedycars.us.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your state of residence apply. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting support@speedycars.us. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
